Poet Abdul Wahab Miah’s first death anniversary Monday

The first death anniversary of poet Abdul Wahab Miah is being observed on Monday.

The pen name of the former government official was “Andharmanaik”.

He was born in Harirampur Upazila of Manikganj and his life history has been included on the volume of “Manikganjer Shoto Manik”. He was the president of Kabi Jashimuddin Parishad in Dhaka and a life member of Manikganj Cultural Society. 

On the day of 2019, he was buried at the graveyard of Kohinoor-Wahab Madrasha in Sardarhat of Dimla in Nilphamari, which was established by him. 

All of his friends, relatives and well-wishers are requested to pray for the departed soul.
