Biman Bangladesh Airlines has decided to operate a flight from Dhaka to Rome from October 28.
The move follows a request from the Italian Embassy in Bangladesh to arrange flights for Bangladeshis with valid Italian stay permits.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines Managing Director and CEO Mokabbir Hossain confirmed the matter and said that the number of flights to Rome, Italy arranged in the future will depend on the demand from passengers.

Passengers of the flight will be required to produce Covid-19 negative test results from any laboratory approved by the Bangladesh government with a validity of 72 hours from sample collection up to arrival in Italy.
