BMD predicts steady temperature during day and night
Light to moderate rain or thunder showers, accompanied by temporary gusty
wind, is likely to occur across the country, according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
The weather forecast says light to moderate rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, with moderately heavy falls at places over the country
Several parts of the country will continue to experience light to mild rainfall.
The country may experience steady temperature during day and night, the BMD forecast says.
Rajshahi set the highest record with 34.4°C on Wednesday and on Thursday recorded 24°C at Tangail.
At the same time, Ishwardi recorded the highest rainfall at 56 millimetres over the last 24 hours, till 6am on Thursday.
