The body was sent to Manikganj 250-bed hospital for autopsy
Police recovered the hanging body of a school girl from a village under Saturia upazila of the district on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Priti Akter, 14, daughter of Humayun Kabir of Agsavar village under Baraid union and a student of class nine of Abdur Rahman High School under Saturia upazila.
Being informed, police rushed to the spot and recovered the hanging body of Priti from her room around 10am, said Md Matiar Rahman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Saturia Police Station.
The body was sent to Manikganj 250-bed hospital for autopsy, he added.
