In Tangail, a boy was killed and his parents were injured when a north bengal bound bus ran over the motorcycle carrying the three on the Dhaka-Tangail Highway in Bhatkura of Sadar upazila last morning
At least four people were killed and three others injured in separate road accidents in Manikganj, Tangail, and Barguna on Saturday.
In Manikganj, two people were killed when a passenger bus ran over a rickshaw on the Dhaka-Aricha Highway near the Baniajuri Canal area in Ghior upazila.
The deceased are Aijuddin, 40, from Ghior upazila and Selim Miah, 38, from Shivalaya upazila.
Barongail Highway police outpost OC Basudeb Sinha, confirmed the matter and said: "The bodies was taken to Manikganj 250 Bed District Hospital for autopsy."

The deceased Fahim,12, died on the spot, while his father Al Mamun, 50, and mother, Ishrat Jahan Sumi, 35, were injured. They were from was from College Para of the upazila.
Elenga Highway police outpost OC Kamal Hossain said: "The injured were admitted to Tangail General Hospital and the body of their son was sent to the hospital morgue."
In Barguna, a motorcycle rider was killed on the spot and his passenger was injured when the vehicle lost control while trying to overtake an auto-rickshaw in front of the Patharghata College last afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Anwar Hossain Majumder, 45. The injured Golam Mowla, 25, was admitted to Patharghata Upazila Health Complex.
Patharghata police station OC Md Shahabuddin said: "We have handed over Anwar's body to his family as per request."
