Five miscreants, including a Chhatra League leader, gang raped a woman in front of her two-year-old child, and filmed the incident on a mobile phone in Bhola's Monpura upazila on Saturday.
The accused are Nazrul Islam, 30, Belal Patawari, 35, Rased Palwan, 25, Shahin Khan, 25, and Kiron, 26. Nazrul is the former president of Bangladesh Chhatra League Dakkhin(South) Sakucia union unit.

The victim filed a case, accusing the five, with the Monpura police station, it was confirmed by Sakhawat Hossain, officer-in-charge(OC) of the police station.
Sakhawat Hossain, officer-in-charge(OC) of Monpura police station said that on Saturday, the victim with her two-year-old child was heading to her father-in-law's house in Monpura upazila from Dakkin(South) Aicha area in the district's Charfsahon upazila on a speed boat via Betua launch terminal.
On her way, the accused Belal, Rased, Palwan, and Shahin moored the speed boat at Char peal area where they raped the woman in front of her child.
Later, Nazrul, owner of the speed boat, joined the gang, and also raped the woman. He also filmed the incident, and threatened the victim of spreading the video on Facebook if she would disclose the incident to any one.
The OC also added that they are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
