According to the residents of the building, Khaleda destroyed the plants following a feud with her neighbour Ratna Habib who owns the plants.

"No case has been filed yet in this regard, however, her neighbour Ratna Habib will be contacted," he added.

Ratna Habib's daughter Sumaiya Habib recorded the video of the incident on Tuesday afternoon.

"My mother nurtured the plants with great care. The plants harmed no one. We have a right to use the roof like everyone else in the building," Sumaiya said.
