Customers can now lodge complaints with Chittagong Wasa over the phone
Chittagong Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Wasa) has launched a call centre service so consumers can lodge complaints with regards to the service.
Engineer AKM Fazlullah, managing director of Chittagong Wasa formally inaugurated the call centre service on Wednesday.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Chittagong Wasa managing director said that consumers will be able to know about the services provided by the Chittagong Wasa through the new service.
"Consumers can also lodge any complaint regarding the services which will remain operative from 9:00am till 5:00pm," said the managing director.
Golam Hossain, deputy managing director (admin), Nurul Alam Chowdhury, deputy managing director (finance), Dr Pijush Dutta, secretary and Kazi Yakub Sirajuddowla, chief engineer of Chittagong Wasa among others were present at the inaugural ceremony.
