The mild-to-moderate heat wave currently sweeping over Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Noakhali and Dinajpur could continue till Sunday.
However, there might be rain after that in some parts of Bangladesh, a met official said on Saturday, reports BSS.
There may be rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally winds in some places of Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours.
The weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy skies elsewhere in the country. The day and night temperatures are likely to remain unchanged.
The highest recent temperature recorded was 39.5 degree Celsius on Friday in Rajshahi while the minimum temperature recorded is 19.5 degree Celsius today in Sylhet.
