Comilla: 13,000 JSC examinees apply for their results to be re-scrutinized

The majority of students applied for their English results to be re-scrutinized

Some 13,000 students under the Comilla Education Board have applied for their Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination results to be re-scrutinized.

The majority of students have applied for their English results to be re-scrutinized—about 2,904. Meanwhile, 2,560 have applied for their Bangladesh and Global Studies results to be re-scrutinized; and 2,335 for Mathematics. More applications were submitted for other subjects.

Applications to have one’s results re-scrutinized were accepted online between December 25 and January 2.

Comilla Board Secretary Prof Md Abdus Salam said the results of this will be published on January 24.

This year, a total of 254,725 students were successful with 86.99 percent pass rate in the JSC examination from the board. Of them, 3,742 students obtained GPA 5.
