Six Jubo Dal activists already arrested in the murder case
A murder case has been filed against BNP and Jamaat men over the murder of Jubo League leader Mohammad Hanif.
Aujbalia union Jubo League Joint Convener Ariful Islam Sumon filed the case, on Wedensday night, accusing more than 300 BNP and Jamaat men of being involved in the murder said Sudharam police station Officer-in-Charge Anwar Hossain.
In the case details, 361 BNP and Jamaat leaders and activists, including several other unidentified individuals have been accused.
Earlier, Police on Wednesday afternoon had arrested six leaders and activists of BNP and its youth wing Jubo Dal in connection with the murder of Jubo League leader Mohammad Hanif.
A request seeking remand will be made to the court for further interrogation of those arrested, the OC added.
Hanif, a leader of the Awami League's youth wing, was shot and hacked to death during a clash between BNP and Awami League supporters on Tuesday afternoon.
