Mohaimnur Rashdi also said: “Mahdi Mia is in the process of being handed over to the Kushtia Model police station.”
Earlier on Monday, Mahid surrendered to a court and gained bail. The court also granted bail to the bus owner Jainal Abedin.
But the next day, another court cancelled their bail and issued them arrest warrants.
RAB arrested Jainal from his house in Faridpur on September 9. He was subsequently sent to jail.

She died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on August 30.
Her father filed a case with Kushtia Model police station against bus driver Khokon, owner Joynal, and supervisor Yunus, the same day.
