A Jubo League leader has died after being attacked in Jessore.
Jubo League leader Arafat Munaf Liton, 32, was injured by sharp weapons and bombs on Friday night and died on Saturday morning around 4am.
Arafat passed away in Faridpur while he was being taken from Jessore to Dhaka for better treatment.
Two others were also injured in the attack. They are Arafat’s brother Iqbal Munaf Dinu, organizing secretary of Jessore sadar upazila Swechhasebak League and Fazlul Karim Milon, a Jubo League worker.
