Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Commissioner Nasir Uddin Ahmed has come down hard on a section of guardians for inducing their children to look for leaked question papers.
“A few guardians are responsible for this (question leak). They encourages their children to look for leaked question papers,” Nasir Uddin said at the 83rd public hearing of the ACC in Gournadi upazila, Barisal on Tuesday.
He was referring to some recent news articles that showed how guardians and teachers assisting the students to avail the leaked questions during public exams.
Nasir also mentioned that the ACC wants to convey a message to the society – no matter how powerful the corrupts are, they will have to face the punishment.
Earlier, the ACC commissioner led an anti-corruption rally at the upazila headquarters.
