An eccentric artist has recently become a subject of interest for the residents of Panchagarh city, owing to the wonderful artwork he paints on the streets.
People of different ages crowd to the city’s MR Govt College Road to enjoy the sharp artwork and graffiti by the bohemian artist, who signs his work as “Kader, passed intermediate in 1990.”
He was in creative flow, sitting on a bridge adjacent MR College, on Thursday.

Kader often adds strange couplets to his art. Sometimes there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to them, while at other times they can be deeply philosophical.
He never speaks with anyone. He just silently waits for assistance once he is done with a piece.
Locals assume that he was once a great artist.

Liton, a local shopkeeper, said: “This guy is multi-talented but he never speaks to anyone. Hundreds of people have visited the spot to meet him.”
“He usually creates the art with pieces of brick, chalk and coal. A lot of people have helped the artist financially after seeing his work,” he added.
