Bangladesh and Vietnam have signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to promote bilateral cooperation in the areas of fisheries and livestock, industries, and cultural exchange.
The MoUs were signed after talks between the two sides on Monday.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina led the Bangladeshi delegation at the talks while visiting Vietnamese delegation was led by President Tran Dai Quang.
The MoUs include promoting cooperation in the field of fisheries and livestock upon renewal of the MoU signed on November 02, 2012.

Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Narayan Chandra Chanda signed the MoU on behalf of Bangladesh while Vietnamese Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Xuan Ceuong inked it on behalf of his country.
The MoU on machinery manufacturing cooperation between the Ministry of Industries of Bangladesh and the Ministry Industry and Trade of Vietnam was signed by Industries Secretary Mohammad Abdullah and Vietnamese Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Cao Quoc Hung.
The MoU on Cultural Exchange between the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Bangladesh and the Ministry of Culture and Sports and Tourism of Vietnam was signed by the Cultural Affairs Secretary of Bangladesh Ibrahim Hossain Khan and Deputy Minister for Culture and Sports and Tourism of Vietnam Dang Thi Bich Lien on behalf of their respective sides.
