As monsoon has engulfed Bangladesh and remains moderate over the North Bay, it will continue pouring rains for next three to four days, says Met office.
In a bulletin published on Monday, the Met office said: “Trough of low lies over West Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh which extends up to North Bay.
Meteorologist Mohammad Abdul Mannan forecasts light to moderate rain accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Dhaka, Mymensingh and Rangpur regions.
Chittagong, Khulna, Barisal and Sylhet regions may also witness heavy rains, the bulletin added.
Day’s temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged across the country.
