5:59pm: A portion of netizens are supporting the project too, citing economic fact. 5:45pm: The premier just wrapped up the briefing.  5:12pm: Netizens seem unhappy over the standard of the questions the journalists are asking the briefing.

5:05pm: The prime minister finished briefing the media. The Q&A session has just started.
