Circular for 42nd, 43rd BCS exams published

The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has published the circular for the 42nd and 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations.

The circular regarding the examinations was published on the PSC website on Monday.

According to the circular, the 42nd BCS examination will be special and 2,000 doctors will be recruited through this exam, while the 43rd BCS examination will be general with 1,814 posts of different cadres.

Recently, the Ministry of Public Administration sent a demand for 1,814 posts for different cadres – of them the highest number of recruitments will be for education through the 43rd BCS.

Moreover, as many as 300 cadres will be recruited in administration, 100 in police, 25 in foreign service, 35 in audit, 19 in tax, 14 in customs, 20 in cooperatives, 75 in dental surgeons, and 383 in other wings.

Applications can be filed for 42nd BCS exam from 10am on December 1. They can be filed until 6pm on December 27. The application has to be filed online.

Meanwhile, the application process for the 43rd BCS will open from 10am on December 31 and end at 6am on Jan 30.
