Agami Education Foundation, a sister organisation of Agami Inc., USA, has successfully completed its 3rd Annual General Meeting on March 3, 2018. The programme started at 4:30 pm through a welcome note by the AEF president, M Mosihuzzaman. It was followed by a read-out message of the Agami Inc., USA president, Babu F Rahman.
Afterwards, the executive director, AEF, Nafisa Khanam, was accompanied by a range of project leads in her presentation of the overall update of AEF activities. She had presented the overall portfolio and growth of the organisation, while expressing concern as to how gathering funds for a voluntary organisation has always been a crucial challenge.
Following the successes and challenges, director of programme, AEF, Shibnath Sarker had presented the projects and programme initiatives. It was succeeded by the director of administration, AEF, M Abdur Rahman Khan Rana’s take on sharing accomplishments from an administrative perspective while pointing out room for growth.
Later, the financial clarity and budget matters were discussed by Dr. Tazkera Khanom, AEF, director of finance, where importance was put upon transparency and accountability. The vice president of AEF, Shawkat Hossain, passed along the vote of thanks and the programme was wrapped up at 7pm by the AEF president, followed by a photo session and health break.

All the attendees shared this conviction, and their presence – which included around 37 people from AEF executive committee members, staffs as well as volunteers – had contributed in the success of the meeting.
