National flag carrier Bangladesh Biman Airlines has temporarily suspended all flights to Qatar after the Gulf state banned travelers from Bangladesh.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines Deputy General Manager (Communication) Tahra Kandakar confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune on Monday.
Biman Bangladesh cancelled all flight along the Dhaka-Doha-Dhaka route due to the temporary ban enforced by the government of Qatar, she said.
The airlines also informed that under the current situation, those who already booked tickets will get the chance of a refund or re-assign their flight, on condition of seat availability, after withdrawal of this embargo.
