Digital healthcare service Pulse has partnered with Shwapno and Diabetic Association of Bangladesh to create awareness of management, care and prevention of diabetes to celebrate World Diabetic Day.
The event was formally inaugurated yesterday at Gulshan 1 Shwapno outlet and the program will continue till Saturday next at select Shwapno outlets, said a press release.

"In Bangladesh, people who suffer from diabetes and other ailments, lack quick and efficient access to quality healthcare. We hope that this event at Shwapno will create awareness of digital healthcare and the numerous possibilities brought forward by telemedicine," said Rubaba Dowla.
"Diabetic Association of Bangladesh is proud to help bring access to online healthcare to the people of Bangladesh." said Professor A K Azad Khan.
Among others, Diabetic Association of Bangladesh President A K Azad Khan, Pulse Healthcare Services founder Rubaba Dowla, and ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno) Executive Director Sabbir Hasan Nasir, were also present at the event.
