Marketing Samurai 2017 held at UIU
Inter-university marketing competition “Marketing Samurai 2017” was held at United International University (UIU) Auditorium on Monday. The team “Recognise” from Dhaka University's Institute of Business Administration (IBA) became the champion, while another team “Hashtag” from the same university was awarded the runner up. Clean State, a team from North South University, became the second runner up in the competition. The winners and runners up received Tk1,00,000;  Tk70,000 and Tk50,000 respectively as prize money along with crests. Vice chancellor of United International University Prof Dr M Rezwan Khan inaugurated the program. Head of Marketing of Akij Food and Beverage Limited Hindol Roy, Gremeenphone's Marketing Director Solaiman Alam, and FVP and Head of Communication and Branding Division of Dhaka Bank Limited Khandaker Anwar Ehtesham, were present at the program. The competition was organised by UIU Business Club. A total of 60 teams from 25 different public and private universities participated in the program. Speed was the title sponsor and Dhaka Bank Limited was the prize money sponsor of the competition.
