26 hajj pilgrims narrowly escape accident at Dhaka airport

A bus carrying 26 hajj pilgrims to Shahjalal International Airport on Monday smashed through the railing of a driveway. The accident happened around 12 noon when the bus was going to drop the pilgrims to the airport. According to police, the malfunctioned bus rolled backwards and was hanging at a high of 15 feet on the driveway. All the passengers managed to come out of the bus unharmed. Later, a RAB team removed the bus from the spot with a wrecker. Airport police station Officer in-Charge Noor Azam Mia said the bus driver was arrested.
