Rifat was killed in broad daylight on June 26 last year
The bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice SM Mozibur Rahman issued the order on Tuesday.
Advocate ZI Khan Panna appeared for Minni while Deputy Attorney General FR Khan represented the state.
On August 29, the High Court granted bail to Minni on condition that she will remain in her father’s custody and will not talk to the media.
Rifat, who was an internet service provider, was hacked to death in public on June 26 last year, in front of his wife Minni.
The following day, Rifat’s father Dulal Sharif filed a murder case accusing 12 people.
Sabbir Hossain Nayan alias Nayan Bond, the prime accused in the case, was killed in a reported gunfight with police on July 2.
Minni was arrested on July 16 last year for her alleged involvement in the fatal attack on Rifat.
On August 29, 2019, the High Court granted Minni bail on condition that she would remain in her father’s custody, and would not speak to the media.
Police on September 1, pressed charges against her and 23 others for their alleged involvement in the murder.
Police submitted the charge sheet in two segments, one for the 14 juvenile accused, and the other for the 10 adult accused.
Minni’s name was seventh on the list of adults accused.
