Police recovered the throat-slit body of Uber driver Md Arman from the Dhaka's Uttara area on June 14
A Dhaka court has placed three accused on two-day remand each in connection with the murder of 42-year-old car driver Md Arman, who used to share rides on Uber.
Metropolitan Magistrate Abu Syed passed the order on Sunday after Detective Branch Inspector Mehedi Hasan, also the case investigation officer, produced them before the court seeking a 10-day remand in the case.
The three remanded are — Abid-Al-Sijan, 20, Shariful Islam, 18, and Md Sajib.

Earlier on Saturday night, Detective Branch (DB) of Police arrested the trio with two switchblades in their possession.
At a press briefing on Sunday, DB Additional Commissioner Abdul Baten said the arrestees are professional car hijackers.
