A Dhaka court has set July 8 for the investigation report submission in a case filed over the death of Titumir College student Rajib Hossain.
Additional Judge Sarafuzzaman Chowdhury of the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Court passed the order on Wednesday as the investigation officer of the case, Aftab Ali, failed to submit the report.
This is the 11th time police failed to produce the probe report before court.
Sub-Inspector of Shahbagh police station, Aftab Ali, is investigating the death of Rajib.
Rajib Hossain, the twenty-year-old Government Titumir College student, died during treatment at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Apr 17, 2018, two weeks after losing a hand to a race between two buses at Karwan Bazar.
