ACC sues ex-Rajuk chairman Khadem, 7 others
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Monday filed a case against eight people, including two former officials of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk), over irregularities on plot allotment. The two former Rajuk officials are its former chairman Humayun Khadem and former deputy director Abdur Rahman Bhuiyan. Selina Akhter, deputy director of ACC, filed the case at Motijheel police station, said ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharjee. He said the two former Rajuk officials had allegedly allotted abandoned public property as a plot to the six other accused between 1992 and 1995.
