ULAB organizes discussion to mark Martyred Intellectuals Day
Pakistani military’s major goal was to deplete the nation of all intellectuals and talent, says Prof Abdul Mannan
The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) held a discussion forum online on Wednesday to commemorate the Martyred Intellectual Day.
Writer and columnist Professor Abdul Mannan from ULAB School of Business was the keynote speaker. ULAB Vice-Chancellor Professor Imran Rahman presented the opening remarks.

In his speech, Prof Abdul Mannan spoke on potential intellectual mass killing situations.
He said: “Just two days before the victory, the Pakistani military began the mass massacre as an act of retaliation after realizing they would not succeed. Their major goal was to deplete the nation of all intellectuals and talent.”
