Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9am on Friday.
"Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in 24-hour till 9am tomorrow (Saturday)," said a Met Office bulletin issued on Friday morning.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the bulletin added. The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours as of 6am on Friday was recorded 01mm at Khepupara in Barisal division.
Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 34°C at Cox's Bazar in Chittagong division and minimum temperature today was 17.5°C at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
Friday's sunset at Dhaka at 5:21 pm and Saturday's sunrise will be at 6:04 am.
