Dhanmandi police asked to file it as first information report
Another customer of e-commerce company Evaly on Wednesday filed a case against its chairperson Shamima Nasrin and her husband and company Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Rassel.
One Md Mujahidur Rahman pleaded to accept his case with the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Devdas Chandra Adhikari after not getting an air-conditioner from the company in spite of paying the full price. Accepting the case, the court asked Dhanmandi police station to file it as first information report (FIR).
"The customer paid Tk85,000 long ago to Evaly as payment for a General brand Air-Conditioner. But in spite of paying the price in full, the product was not supplied," public prosecutor Azad Rahman told BSS.
