The Dhaka-Kathmandu-Dhaka flights will be operated on Mondays and Thursdays
Biman Bangladesh Airlines is going to resume commercial flights to Nepal from February 18, after a 10-month suspension due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Although flight operations on different international routes from Bangladesh resumed on June 16 after over two months of suspension, the national flag carrier was yet to restart its operations to the Himalayan country.
The Dhaka-Kathmandu-Dhaka flights will be operated on Mondays and Thursdays, said Tahera Khandaker, deputy general manager (public relations) of Biman, in a press release on Sunday.
Passengers can purchase their tickets from the national flag carrier's website, mobile apps, call centre, and sales counter along with other travel agents and tour operators, she said.
Conditions or instructions related to Covid-19 and flight schedules can be found on Biman's website (www.biman-airlines.com), she added.
