His visit will help strengthen mutual trust between the neighbours
Bangladesh Army chief General Aziz Ahmed is visiting India from July 31 to August 5.
It is his first foreign visit after assuming office.
He will meet high-ranking Indian dignitaries and visit important military installations at Agra, Lucknow, and Deolali.
At Deolali, the army chief will visit his alma-mater, the School of Artillery, Deolali. He underwent Long Gunnery Staff Course at the institution in 1992-1993.
