The entire country, including capital Dhaka, will experience more rain and thunderstorms until Wednesday morning, says the Met office.
Meteorologist Arif Hossain said the rain and storm will continue until 10am on Wednesday morning.
Rain accompanied by gusty winds lashed the capital again on Monday morning after a break of several hours. The short-lived rainfall inundated roads in some areas including Malibagh, Mouchak, Siddhershawari, Dhanmondi, Farmgate, and Mirpur.
The storms are packing wind speeds of 60-80km/h, he said.

Under the influence of severe thunderstorm activity, heavy (44mm-88mm) to very heavy (>89mm) rainfall with gusty/squally winds is likely to occur at certain places all over the country during the next 48hrs commencing 10:30am on Monday, said a Met office bulletin.
