The government has taken steps to bring back the bodies of the migrant workers who were killed in a road accident in Jizan province of Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
Referring to the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment, Mostafa Jamil Khan, an official of Bangladesh Consulate General Office in Jeddah, told BSS that all necessary steps have been taken to bring back the bodies within 20-21 days after the completion of formalities of Saudi Arabian government.

Each family of the deceased will get Tk35,000 for the burial and Tk3,00,000 as financial assistance from the Wage Earners' Welfare Fund as per the government rules.
Ministry sources said the Saudi Arabian company concerned will also provide the insurance money and financial assistance.
Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Minister Nurul Islam on Monday expressed profound shock at the deaths of the migrant workers.
On Saturday, the accident took place when the workers were going to their workplace.
