The New JMB militants who died in the raid of a hideout in Chittagong's Sitakunda wrote the Arabic name of the Islamic State – Dawlatul Islam – on a wall in the den.

A photo taken by law enforcement shows what appears to be handwriting over soot that covers the part of a wall.
The first line is in Arabic and appears to be part of a word. The second line says Allu Akbar in Arabic.
The third and subsequent lines say “Dawlatul Islam” in Bangla. Dawlatul Islam is the name of Islamic State in Arabic.

Chittagong Superintendent of Police Noor E Alam Mina said: “We found the writing on a wall inside the flat where the militants were staying.”
“Police are preserving it for their investigation.”
“We know the meaning of the writing and police are investigating this,” told the SP.
Police have also recovered a lot of organisational documents from the den.
