Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will announce the results at a media conference in his office, according to a press note by the education ministry on Wednesday.
This year the HSC and equivalent exams began on April 3 and ended on June 22. As per the ministry rule, the results must come out within 60 days after the exam finishes and the education boards are trying to meet the deadline.
A total of 12,18,628 students participated in this year’s exams from eight education boards, and madrasa and technical boards. Compared to the last, this year has seen 1,44,744 more candidates taking the exams.
