A 17-year-old girl has allegedly been raped and pushed into a well in Rajasthan of India.
She, however, survived by hanging on to a ledge for 15 hours till she was rescued.
The teenager was allegedly assaulted by her neighbour in Bhilwara town, when she had gone work in a field. The man then took her to a well and allegedly pushed her in to try and kill her, NDTV reported.
She was found the next morning when someone heard her crying for help.
The attacker, who is missing, has been booked for rape and attempt to murder.
"I was in the water the whole night. Then people took me out," the girl said.
