Pakistani teenager arrested for sexually assaulting chicken

A 14-year-old teenager was arrested in Pakistan’s Punjab for allegedly sexually assaulting a hen and killing it after. Punjab’s Hafizabad police say the boy was later arrested from his village near Jalalpur Bhattian on November 11, reports Karachi-based Express Tribune. Owner of the chicken lodged a complaint with the police earlier saying the suspect picked and took the hen to his [the suspect’s] home where he allegedly sexually assaulted and killed it on the spot. Jalalpur Bhattian Station House Officer [equivalent to an officer-in-charge of a police station in Bangladesh] Sarfraz Anjum said the suspect was arrested after a medical examination of the chicken confirmed the assault, adding that reports regarding swabs collected from the hen were still awaited from the laboratory He said the suspect had also confessed to the crime. The suspect, who has been booked for “unnatural offence” and killing the chicken, was arrested on Monday.
