Russia can minimise the impact of any sanctions imposed as a result of the Ukraine crisis, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday.
Medvedev also told parliament Russia would insist on fair access to foreign markets for its energy exports and would, if necessary, take legal action or seek arbitration at the World Trade Organisation, reported Reuters.
