POETRY

Burning sensation

An obsession with your image

Grips my soul when the night grows deep.

The graveyard close by shines with moonlight,

There you sleep in a serene atmosphere.

The pillow does not give me any comfort,

The first light of the day

Filters through the chinks in blue curtains,

Cries of crows are audible.

Another day is beginning

With the burning sensation of pain.
