Rich kids have gone wild this Eid-ul-Azha. Careful if you’re a family with money. Turns out your own child can expose all your hidden secrets faster than you can say "Bitcoin."
The drama kicked off with a goat -- yes, a goat -- at the unthinkable price of Tk15 lakh. This was not just any goat; it was the goat that set off a thousand tweets and social media posts. And so the rumour mill, always spinning, announced that the buyer was the son of a high-ranking revenue official.
The buzz became too loud to ignore. Once it went viral, the official was quick to deny the claims, insisting that the goat enthusiast was not his son. But as a twist of fate would have it -- turns out, he was lying. The goat aficionado was indeed his son!
That there is the power of a goat; the power to uncover hidden riches that can lead an official to disown his son.
In the end, the deal for the goat fell through as the supplier could no longer contact the prospective buyer -- who likely went off-grid because of the scandal.
My advice to the parents: Maybe do a better job of hiding your illegal money from your tech-savvy kids. In this digital age, they might just end up being your most adorable little whistleblowers.
What's the point of a golden toilet if no one knows I have one?
Big cry-babies
The cry-babies are crying! What is the point of living a luxurious life and having no one to show it off to? That’s like being dressed up and having nowhere to go. It’s just you, enjoying a feast fit for a king in an empty castle.
And so they keep crying, staining their silk pillows, wrapping themselves in the finest Egyptian cotton sheets, just wailing, "What's the point of a golden toilet if no one knows I have one?"
Their social media feeds are quiet, with no flashy posts of new yachts, private islands, or diamond-encrusted dog collars. They are alone in their mansions, staring at their phones, wishing for likes and comments that never come.
So, next time you see your rich baby crying, remember that sometimes it’s best in life to keep all that illegal wealth to yourself. Or, you know, maybe just don’t show off your dad’s illegal money on social media.
Flaunting black money is a guaranteed way to bring unwanted attention to yourself and your family. It’s like waving a red flag in front of a bull. Authorities and the general public are more vigilant than ever, waiting on their social media feeds, ready to expose the source of your wealth. Sometimes showing off your goat just makes their job easier.
