Dhaka emerged as the champions in the first ever Women's Bangabandhu Inter District National Basketball Championship after beating Chittagong in the final by 55-37 points in Jessore Monday.
Dhaka advanced to the final after defeating Dinajpur 78-35 in the semi-final.
A total of eight teams - Chandpur, Chittagong, Dinajpur, Dhaka, Gazipur, Jessore, Khulna and Rajshahi - participated in the tournament.
