Bangladesh weightlifters Mohammad Mainul Islam and Jahura Khatun Nisha bagged silver medals in their respective events in the 13th South Asian Games in Nepal Saturday.
Mainul lifted a total of 250kg in the 102kg category while Jahura lifted an overall 168kg in the 81kg event.
Meanwhile, Firoza Parvin clinched bronze in the 87+kg category.
