Fide Arbiter’s Seminar, organized by Bangladesh Chess Federation under the guidance and association by Fide Arbiter’s Commissions and Asian Chess Federation, started Thursday at BCF, National Sports Council’s old building in Dhaka.
IA and IO Abundo Casto, executive director of ACF, is lecturer and IA Mohammad Haroon Or Rashid is assistant lecturer in the seminar.
Arbiters from Bangladesh and Nepal are participating in the seminar.
