The Begum Laila Alam 10th International Rating Women’s Chess Tournament, sponsored by former national women’s player Laila Alam and organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation, will start Sunday at the BCF hall-room.
It’s an open event for all women chess players. Interested players can enroll their name on or before Saturday at the BCF office with Tk200 entry fee. The event will be held in seven-round Swiss League system and a total of Tk65,000 prize money will be given to the winners.
