The junior event of the Yonex Sunrise International Badminton begins Monday at Wooden Floor Gymnasium in Paltan.
A total of 33 players from Bangladesh, Maldives, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the USA will take part in the tournament. The competition will have five categories.
Bangladesh’s Abdul Hamid and Sigbat Ullah are the top seeds in the boys’ category while the USA’s Ruhi Raju and Teresa Jolly are the top seeds in the girls’ event.
