The Bangladesh Under-16 women’s football team proved too strong once again by defeating UAE 6-0 in their Group-B match of the AFC Under-16 Women’s Championship 2015 Qualifiers at Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.
Bangladesh women hammered UAE women on the pitch while Sanjida Akhter and Bipasha netted twice.
Krishna Rani and substitute Lipi also scored to earn such a big win.
The Bangladesh women (117) in the Fifa women’s rankings made another triumph by displaying great spirit, began the game brightly and marched bravely till the final whistle.
Earlier, in the opening day’s matches on Wednesday, the Bangladesh Under-16 women’s football team made an unexpectedly bright start in the AFC U-16 Women’s Championship 2015 qualifiers with an incredible 1-0 victory over Jordan at the same venue.
