With the participation of 44 corporate teams, the 12th edition of the Ascent Corporate five-a-side Soccer Cup is all set to kick off at Scholastica Uttara Campus on Thursday.
Like the previous seasons, the tournament will not allow professional booters to play and only amateur players from different corporate houses are eligible to take part.

More than 400 players from 44 corporate houses will be participating in the event, which is scheduled to conclude with the final on August 26.

The teams must have a squad comprising eight members.
Ascent Group is the title sponsor of the tournament, for the 10th consecutive time, while Dhaka Tribune is the media partner.
