The disciplinary committee of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) has fined Sheikh Russell Krira Chakra Tk100,000 for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials and breaking glasses in the dressing room of the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
The incident took place on March 17 during and after the game between Sheikh Russell and Sheikh Jamal DC, which Jamal won 1-0.
The disciplinary committee found Sheikh Russell manager Habibur Rahman Mannu and forward Anwar Hossain guilty of using abusive language towards the referee and assistant referee.
Habibur Rahman was fined Tk10,000 while Anwar has been banned for one game.
